Chair Massage

Take a moment for yourself by relaxing in my massage chair while I focus on your neck, shoulders, and back.  (I have clients that have enjoyed up to 2hrs in my chair as we worked through the layers of muscle tension).  Currently I can be found at the Troutman Farmers' Market Thursdays, 3:30-6:30p at Troutman ESC Park (mid-April through mid-October); and occasionally at the Burlington Downtown Farmers' Market Saturdays 8a-12p (Apr-Oct).  $5 for 5-minutes, $10 for 10-minutes, etc.

Parents' Night-In/Pampered Playdates

My chair and I are happy to make an appearance at your MNI or playdate.  I can also present a self-care workshop (with or without participatory footbaths).  Contact me to discuss further!

Corporate

Research has shown that chair massage in the workplace can help reduce stress and increase productivity.  I'm happy to come into your office with my chair as a one-time treat or a regularly scheduled occurance.  It can be paid for by your company, or by the individual employees that sit in my chair.  Contact me to discuss further!

Table Massage (Outcall)

My table and I come to you!  Available on a limited basis.  Restrictions apply.  $1.50 per minute; 30, 60, or 90 minute sessions.
